Distillery District

The Distillery District is a historic and entertainment precinct located east of Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It contains numerous cafes, restaurants and shops housed within heritage buildings of the former Gooderham and Worts Distillery. The 13-acre (52,000 sq. m) district comprises more than 40 heritage buildings and 10 streets, and is the largest collection of Victorian era industrial architecture in North America.

다운타운에 위치해있는 Distillery District.
아직까지 옛 모습을 그대로 잘 보존하고 있어서 관광객들이 많이 찾아오는 곳이다.
토론토에 산지 10달째인데 이제서야 처음 가봤다.
카페들도 많고, 레스토랑도 있고, 갤러리도 있고, 샵들도 있고... 볼거리가 꽤 된다.

: Front street. 이 날 Scotia bank 주최로 무슨 페스티벌이 열려서 세인트 로렌스 마켓 근처가 사람들로 북적였다.
토론토에 이렇게 사람이 많았나 싶을 정도로 사람이 많았다 ;ㅁ;

: 길 가는데 내 이름이 크게 써있길래! ㅋㅋ

: Distillery District에 드디어 도착.
Front st에서 쭉 걸어서 Parliament st까지 오면 된다 :)
걸어서 갔는데 생각보다 멀지 않았다.

: 가수인가? 잘 모르겠지만 여튼 신나는 노래로 공연중이었다.

: 특이한 모양의 의자!! 의자다!- 저 중국인 아줌마도 참 대단한게 바로 뒤에 사람 앉아있었는데 너무 아무렇지 않게 저렇게 사진을 찍더라-_-;

토론토에 특별히 관광할 거리가 있나... 싶긴 했는데 여긴 가볼만 한 것 같다-ㅎㅎ
